MCP connectors
Learn how to connect to Otto with Claude and ChatGPT.
Claude
Watch the video or follow the instruction below to connect Otto to Claude.
Step by step instructions:
- Go to your account menu and then click Settings.
- Click on Connectors.
- Click on the Customize link.
- Next you click on the + plus button.
- Click on Browse Connectors.
- In the Directory, search for "Otto Travel" and then click the + plus button to add it.
- You're now connected. Start a new chat to create a trip with Otto.
- The first time you build a trip, Claude will ask you to grant Otto permissions. Click "Always allow"
ChatGPT
Watch the video or follow the instruction below to connect Otto to ChatGPT.
Step by step instructions:
- Click on Apps in the menu on the left.
- Go to the search bar and type in "Otto Travel"
- Click "Otto Travel" to view more details.
- Next, click the Connect button.
- Add Otto to ChatGPT. Click the button that says "Sign in with Otto Travel"
- Click "Start chat" and you'll be ready to start using Otto.
- In a new chat, type "Otto Travel" and then just tell Otto about the trip you want planned.
Other apps & MCP clients
Any MCP-compatible client can connect to Otto. Add a custom/remote MCP server with the URL https://api.ottotheagent.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in), then approve access in your browser.
