Limitations
Otto is focused on business travel. Requests outside business travel topics will be redirected. Bookings are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier availability at the time of confirmation. Human agent escalation is available during business hours (M–F, 9am–5pm PT).

Otto includes built-in content moderation and stays focused on business travel topics.
