Loyalty and Preferences: Set Up Once, Applied Every Time
Tell Otto your loyalty numbers and preferences once. Otto applies them to every booking automatically — including the alliance partner programs you'd forget to use yourself

How it works
- Add programs in chat or in your profile. The Loyalty tab has Flight, Hotel, and Car sections.
- Otto knows the alliance map. Booking Lufthansa with only a United MileagePlus number? Otto applies it through Star Alliance so you still earn.
- Preferences ride along. Seats, airlines, hotel brands, car class. Set them explicitly or let Otto learn from your bookings.
- Gaps get asked once. No matching program? Otto asks, saves the answer, never asks again.
The numbers
- 6 car rental loyalty programs applied at booking: Hertz Gold Plus, Avis Preferred, Enterprise Plus, National Emerald Club, Budget Fastbreak, Sixt
- 3 airline alliances mapped for partner-program earning
- Corporate rate codes (CDP/AWD/BCD) applied silently when your company has them
What Otto doesn't do yet
- Earn hotel loyalty points on every booking. Otto stores your hotel numbers and applies them where the channel supports it, and tells you when it can't. For instance, if a specific room rate is not eligible for points.
- Award bookings using points
FAQ

- Which car rental programs work with Otto? Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, National, Budget, and Sixt, plus corporate discount codes.
- Do I earn hotel points booking through Otto? Where the booking channel supports it, yes. And Otto tells you upfront when it doesn't, so there's no surprise at check-in.
- How does Otto learn my preferences? Tell it directly, or it infers from your booking history. It's always visible and editable in your profile.
